    We have a lot of academy players who either need to get a chance for the first team or need to get strategic loan spells.

    Parrott, Scarlett, Devine, Dorrington, Phillips, Donley, Moore, Lankshear, Santiago, John, and and others need to get a look. I want to see our academy players developing to the first team. Embrace a youth movement, Ange.

    Ideally, if Donley and Lankshear go out on loan, they should go to the same team based on the chemistry they have together.
