As Tottenham Hotspur navigates through the season, the club faces various challenges and opportunities, from injury updates to transfer rumors. Here’s the latest on what’s happening at Spurs.

Injury Updates: Van de Ven and Maddison’s Recovery Race

Micky van de Ven is reportedly making good progress in his recovery and is ahead of James Maddison in the race to return to Ange Postecoglou’s side. According to Alasdair Gold, Van de Ven has begun outdoor running, but both players will only return to group training and match action when there’s no risk of re-injuring their hamstrings and ankles.

Giovani Lo Celso: Doubtful Against Everton

Giovani Lo Celso is a doubt for the upcoming match against Everton due to a muscle strain, as reported by Dan KP. Lo Celso’s potential absence could impact Spurs’ midfield options for this crucial fixture.

Richarlison: Attracting Interest from Saudi Pro League

The Mail reports that Richarlison remains a target for the Saudi Pro League, with Al Ittihad showing keen interest in the Brazilian forward. Richarlison’s future at Spurs could be under speculation if the interest from Saudi Arabia intensifies.

Eric Dier: Potential Exit on the Horizon

Eric Dier is set to leave Tottenham Hotspur, with a contract renewal reportedly not even being considered. Roma’s technical director Tiago Pinto, a fan of Dier, could facilitate a move to appease José Mourinho next month, as per Metropolitan Magazine.

Jean Clair Todibo: Spurs in Talks

Jean-Clair Todibo’s representatives have reportedly held further talks with Tottenham officials, as reported by Simon Jones of the Daily Mail. Todibo is keen to join Postecoglou’s squad and is valued at £35m, indicating Spurs’ interest in strengthening their defense.

Dejan Kulusevski: Embracing the Mask

Dejan Kulusevski, currently wearing a protective mask due to a broken nose, shared his thoughts on the new accessory. He joked about it giving him extra power and even hinted at keeping it if his performance continues to be positive. Kulusevski’s lighthearted take on his situation shows his adaptability and positive mindset.

As Tottenham Hotspur deals with these developments, the club is clearly focused on managing player fitness and exploring potential transfers to strengthen the squad. The situation with key players like Lo Celso, Richarlison, and Dier, along with the potential addition of Todibo, will be crucial in shaping Spurs’ strategy in the coming months.

  1. Kulu has been tremendously important for us this season. The work rate, versatility, and willingness to do it for the club are all on show.
    Todibo, let’s go.

  2. Loading .. .. ..

Dekki is amazing in the mask and it’s really nice seeing him with a good attitude about it.
love the content so keep up the good work, COYS.

  3. Michael - a Colorado Hotspur

Who is scarier? Deki wearing the mask, moving the ball to his left foot to curl an effort into the corner or Bane blowing up an American football stadium?

Hah, American football (coming from an American) – every team will fear Kulu!

  4. Gio has to find a way to eliminate his injury problems.. Look at Kane, he and we all knew that he had severe and recurring ankle issues, but to counter that he has taken the necessary steps to reduce that. Unless, Gio stays fit by doing anything or something like that, unfortunately he’s a liability in our sqaud.

  5. Richy is such a coincidence player! I just hope he gets on a run from now until atleast till son returns! We absolutely needed him to strike now so that he’s ready to fill in the void during fa cup and man u game!

  6. Let’s hope we get todibo in he seems like an absolute beast, would surely be the quickest back line in the prem, big up the boys 🫡🫡
