Tottenham To Push Hard for Savinho in This Summer

Tottenham Hotspur have made Savinho their number one transfer target this summer, with negotiations now underway with Manchester City over a potential deal.

According to Fabrizio Romano, concrete talks have begun between the two clubs, and Spurs boss Thomas Frank is understood to view the 20-year-old winger as an “ideal player” for his system.

Savinho, who impressed last season on loan at Girona, is open to the move should a transfer fee be agreed between the clubs. However, Manchester City are reluctant to lose the Brazilian talent and will only consider a sale if a very high offer arrives — a stance reinforced by journalist Matteo Moretto.

The winger’s combination of direct pace, one-on-one ability, and high pressing output make him a natural fit for Frank’s attacking blueprint. His arrival would provide Spurs with both creativity and unpredictability from the wide areas — something the squad may lack following James Maddison’s long-term injury and Dejan Kulusevski’s absence.

While there’s still work to be done before an agreement is reached, Tottenham’s aggressive pursuit suggests they are willing to back Frank’s vision in the market.
